• The American Bar Association will soon publish David Tollen’s book: The Tech Contracts Handbook – Software Licenses and IT Services Agreements for Lawyers and Businesspeople. The book is already listed at the ABA store and available for preorder, and copies will start shipping in August of 2010.

Speaking Engagements

• The firm’s partners speak on a variety of legal issues related to technology. Topics include the evolution of intellectual property law, privacy in cyberspace, and the mechanics of patent prosecution.
