• The American Bar Association has agreed to publish David Tollen’s book: The Tech Contracts Handbook – Software Licenses and IT Services Agreements for Businesspeople and Lawyers. The book is expected on shelves in early 2010. It will be an expanded and revised edition of Mr. Tollen’s current book, The Tech Contracts Pocket Guide.
